DraftFence AI Review abilities, governed through the Bridge

Lets an agent read allowed content, create a draft post or page, and propose content or SEO edits for a human to approve; approved proposals are applied automatically and can be rolled back to their original values, while drafts and rejected proposals never publish anything on their own.

What has to be true first

Needs WordPress 6.9 or later, PHP 8.0 or later, and the plugin active. Reading content, creating drafts, and proposing changes require edit_posts plus the plugin's own AI-use permission; approving, rejecting, or rolling back a proposal requires a separate review permission the plugin defines for human reviewers.

The 8 DraftFence AI Review abilities

Grouped by what each one can change. Every one starts off until you enable it.

How to switch these on

Four steps from two active plugins to a governed connection.

  1. Install DraftFence AI Review and Agent Abilities for MCP

Both plugins need to be active on the same WordPress site. DraftFence AI Review registers its own abilities; this plugin discovers and governs them.

  2. Open the Other plugins screen

In Agent Abilities for MCP, open the Bridge tab (labeled "Other plugins" in the admin). Abilities from every registered plugin appear there, grouped by the plugin that registered them.

  3. Enable one ability at a time

Every ability from DraftFence AI Review starts off. Turn on only the ones you want an agent to reach, or enable the whole set in one click.

  4. Connect as a least-privilege user

Approve the connection as a WordPress account scoped to what you actually want the agent to do. Each call still re-checks that account’s capability before it runs.

Frequently asked questions

Does DraftFence AI Review work with the Bridge?

Yes. All eight abilities register in the core Abilities API with meta.mcp.public set true (which the Bridge does not require anyway), so an operator can turn on and expose the whole workflow once the plugin is active.

Do DraftFence AI Review's abilities register automatically?

Yes, unconditionally, once DraftFence AI Review is active. Nothing else has to be configured for the Bridge to discover them.

Does DraftFence AI Review need anything special to work with the Bridge?

Needs WordPress 6.9 or later, PHP 8.0 or later, and the plugin active. Reading content, creating drafts, and proposing changes require edit_posts plus the plugin's own AI-use permission; approving, rejecting, or rolling back a proposal requires a separate review permission the plugin defines for human reviewers.
