An agent can list, create, update, and delete WooCommerce products, and list orders, add order notes, or change an order's status, all through the same REST layer as the wc/v3 API.

What has to be true first
Needs the WPFunnels plugin active on WordPress 6.9 or later. Most abilities check the wpf_manage_funnels capability (or manage_options); activate-plugin and activate-mail-mint check activate_plugins instead, and update-permalink-settings, update-settings-group and the legacy-automation abilities check manage_options directly.
A note on the count below
25 of the 78 abilities (checkout, diagnostics, opt-in, reporting, and funnel/step template abilities) are defined with their own readonly/destructive fields, but AbilitiesRegistrar::prepare() only forwards a definition's 'annotations' key into the registered ability's meta; these 25 have no 'annotations' key, so they register with no annotations at all, which is why they show as destructive here despite several being read-only in intent.

What step types, and which of them can hold products, this install currently supports, check this before proposing a step type.

Get Step Conditions

Get Site Design Tokens

Destructive 55
- Destructive
Upsert Order Bump
Add a new order bump to a checkout step, or update an existing one by index (from get-order-bump). Other order bumps on the same step are left untouched, this is a read-modify-write on one entry, not a full replace.
- Destructive
Delete Order Bump
Remove one order bump entry from a checkout step by index. Other order bumps on the step are left untouched.
- Destructive
Create Funnel
Create an EMPTY funnel with blank steps and no design, a fallback, not the default. Before calling this, call wpfunnels/list-funnel-templates: a matching template imports the funnel AND a real page-builder design for every step in one call (wpfunnels/import-funnel-template), which this tool cannot
- Destructive
Update Funnel
Rename a funnel, change its type, publish/unpublish it, or update its tracking and offer settings (UTM defaults, Facebook Pixel, GTM, skip-offer). Publishing makes the funnel live for visitors, and changing type can strip settings that do not apply to the new type, both need confirmation.
- Destructive
Trash Funnel
Move a funnel to the trash. It stops accepting visitors immediately but can be restored with restore-funnel until it is permanently deleted.
- Destructive
Restore Funnel
Restore a trashed funnel back to its previous status.
- Destructive
Delete Funnel
Permanently delete a funnel and all of its steps. This cannot be undone, prefer trash-funnel unless the site owner explicitly asked for permanent deletion.
- Destructive
Bulk Funnel Action
Trash, restore or permanently delete several funnels in one call. Each funnel gets the same per-tool confirmation guarantee as the single-funnel version.
- Destructive
Duplicate Funnel
Duplicate a funnel: clones the funnel post, all of its steps, page-builder content and settings into a new funnel named "<original> - Copy". Use this instead of manually recreating a funnel a user wants to reuse as a starting point.
- Destructive
Import Funnel
Import funnel(s) from exported JSON (the "data" array from wpfunnels/export-funnel, or the parsed contents of a file exported by the Import/Export screen). Always creates NEW funnels, never overwrites an existing one. Subject to the free-plan funnel-count limit.
- Destructive
Create Step
Add a step to a funnel and append it to the flow. The page starts blank, content is written separately. A funnel may hold only one landing, one checkout and one thank-you step, and offer steps (upsell/downsell) require WooCommerce.
- Destructive
Update Step
Rename a step or change its published status. The step name also drives its URL slug, so renaming a live step changes the link visitors use.
- Destructive
Reorder Steps
Set the complete step order of a funnel. This REPLACES the whole order, so pass every step ID, any omitted step is dropped from the flow. Read list-steps first, then send the full array.
- Destructive
Delete Step
Permanently remove a step from its funnel, including its page content. This cannot be undone.
- Destructive
Copy Step
Duplicate a step, including its page content, and append the copy to a funnel (the same funnel by default). Does not overwrite anything, the copy is a new step.
- Destructive
Update Step Settings
Write one or more WPFunnels-specific settings for a step (from get-step-settings). Only recognized keys for the step's type are written; unknown keys are ignored.
- Destructive
Upsert Step Conditions
Write a step's conditional-branching rules and enable/disable branching in one call. Read wpfunnels/get-step-conditions first to see the current shape (and, if you only mean to flip enabled on/off, to avoid overwriting existing rules/routing with empty ones). Compose Step Layout
Build a real Elementor widget layout for a step page using WPFunnels' own widgets (opt-in, checkout, offer, next-step), chosen from the step's type. Buttons automatically pick up the site's Elementor brand color when one is set, no need to pass a color. Also updates the same copy fields as compose-

Perform surgical copy editing on a specific element of a step page (headline, subheadline, or CTA text).
- Destructive
Generate Step Image
Generate an image from a text prompt (OpenAI DALL-E 3) and attach it to a step, either as its featured image or as a stored content image. Requires OpenAI connected as the active provider under WPFunnels → Settings → AI, other providers do not support image generation here.
- Destructive
Get Step Outline
Get the AI-authored placeholder copy fields (headline/subheadline/cta_text/benefits) set by compose-step-page/rewrite-step-copy. Falls back to generic defaults when unset, these do NOT reflect the page's actual builder content. For a Gutenberg page's real on-page text, use wpfunnels/list-gutenberg-
- Destructive
Update Gutenberg Text
Replace one piece of text inside a Gutenberg page's blocks, keeping block markup intact. Get target_text from wpfunnels/list-gutenberg-text rather than guessing, matching tolerates whitespace differences but not wrong text. Fails if the page is not Gutenberg or the target text is not found.
- Destructive
Get Optin Form

- Destructive
Get Top Funnels
Get the top 3 performing funnels by completed-order revenue (orderbump + upsell + downsell + base sales) between two dates, each with order count, revenue, AOV, and AOV lift vs. the store average.
- Destructive
Get Onboarding Status
Get the dashboard onboarding checklist state: whether it should still be shown, per-step completion (WooCommerce connected, funnel created, store checkout created, order bump added, upsell added, test order placed, funnel live), and overall progress.
- Destructive
Dismiss Onboarding
Dismiss the dashboard onboarding checklist for 30 days. This only sets a UI flag (a transient), it does not change or delete any funnel, order, or setting, and reverses itself automatically after 30 days.
- Destructive
Sync Report Cache
Force the dashboard report cache to refresh by clearing its cached transients (overview/stats/top-funnels results cached for 24 hours). Only deletes derived cache entries, not real orders/funnels/settings, the next dashboard read simply recomputes and re-caches them, at the cost of a slightly slowe
- Destructive
Assign Products To Step
Set the products on a checkout, upsell or downsell step, with an optional percentage discount. This REPLACES the step's existing products, so pass the complete list. Only these three step types can hold products.
- Destructive
List Funnel Templates
List real pre-built funnel templates from the WPFunnels template library, each one includes a ready-made page-builder design for every step, not just a step list. Filterable by funnel type, industry/category, page builder, and free-text search. Call this before building a funnel from scratch: prefe

- Destructive
Import Funnel Template

- Destructive
Import Step Template
Import ONE step's real page-builder design from the template library onto an existing funnel, creates a single new step post cloned from the template step, not a whole funnel. Use this instead of import-funnel-template when you only want to add one more page (e.g. an extra upsell or a bonus landing

Update Global Settings

- Destructive
Update Settings Group
Update one or more keys in a WPFunnels site-wide settings group (see get-settings-group for the field names each group holds). This is a merge into the existing group, applied one key at a time, a later key failing does not roll back keys already applied. Only WPFunnels-owned _wpfunnels_* option ke

Create Legacy Automation
Create a legacy (Mail Mint-backed) automation. Requires Mail Mint active. `data` must include `name` and `trigger_name`; `status` defaults to "draft" ("active" to enable immediately) and `author` defaults to the current user.
- Destructive
Update Legacy Automation
Update a legacy (Mail Mint-backed) automation. Requires Mail Mint active. The underlying engine only accepts the write when `data` includes `name`, `trigger_name` and `status` together with any changed fields, a partial patch missing one of those three will fail. Read wpfunnels/list-legacy-automati

Enable one ability at a time
Every ability from WPFunnels - Funnel Builder for WooCommerce with Checkout & One Click Upsell starts off. Turn on only the ones you want an agent to reach, or enable the whole set in one click.

Does WPFunnels - Funnel Builder for WooCommerce with Checkout & One Click Upsell work with the Bridge?
